Every year for Christmas, I conduct a Social Campaign in my hometown, Écija. I prefer to steer clear of clichés about Christmas, such as beautiful and shiny things, and instead aim to encourage people to make small efforts for a better world.
This year's theme explores how humans often focus on the differences we have, leading to arguments, division, or disrespect. However, we consistently share more commonalities than we realize.
More crucial than the color of our skin is our shared humanity. Beyond specific religions, people believe in something greater than themselves. Above and beyond sexual orientation, love is a universal experience.
I urge you to recognize your similarities rather than differences when interacting with others.
